My brave daughter...

I was thinking about all the tornadoes we've recently had and am thankful that my family is safe. My daughter, Lakota, is so brave. She has been through two tornadoes. She & her family were in their storm shelter the day the tornado damaged their house so much that she could no longer live there. She's been staying with us till they can find a new house. We were worried about her when we had to go to the storm shelter again because it can be a very traumatic experience. Didn't seem to bother her at all. She was very calm through the whole thing. The people in the storm shelter were saying they wanted a dog just like her because she was so calm & relaxed . I sure am proud of that little girl. Mimi says she looks & acts a lot like me. That really made me beam with pride! Here's a video of some tornadoes in our area a couple of days ago & a pic of Lakota. Hope the storms are over with for awhile.
